Japanese PM Kishida safe after explosions heard before speech

Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio escaped unhurt after loud explosions were heard at a port in western Japan where he was to deliver a speech, according to NHK.

Kishida was visiting Saikazaki Port in Wakayama Prefecture on Saturday morning. A suspect was arrested.
