Tibet charts course to upgrade aviation network

Currently, the region has a few key general aviation airports, including Gongkar Airport in Lhasa, Bangda Airport in Chamdo, Gunsa Airport in Ngari Prefecture, Manling Airport in Nyingchi and the Heping Airport in Shigatse. Two of the three newly built branch airports in the region have started operating.
