Economic pessimism grows among world's top economies

Just 2 in 5 (40 percent) respondents believe their family will be better off in the future, down 10 percentage points from 2022, with advanced economies being the most pessimistic: the United States (36 percent), Britain (23 percent), Germany (15 percent) and Japan (9 percent), according to a recent survey released by Edelman.
