First RCEP Youth Dialogue to kick off online on Dec 23

To enhance youth exchanges and cooperation in the RCEP region, gather youth strength, and promote regional prosperity and development; the first RCEP Youth Dialogue, co-hosted by China Daily, China Institute for Reform and Development and China Oceanic Development Foundation will open online at 9:30 am on Dec 23.
