'Taste of Wonders'
Marriott Bonvoy luxury brands launched the "Taste of Wonders, Gourmet Reimagined" dinner and revealed the Gourmet Reimagined menu at Jin Xuan, a Chinese restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong. Curated by Marriott International's culinary team, comprising seven award-winning chefs and young talents, the dinner creates tastes beyond expectations, according to the hospitality group. As the important part of the food and beverage campaign, the dinner provides guests with a luxury dining experience through exquisite cuisine and personalized service.
Wine culture showcased
The second China (Ningxia) International Wine Culture and Tourism Expo, held in Yinchuan, capital of Northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region, on Sept 7 to 12, featured an international wine contest, trade fair, and forums on pilot zone construction as well as wine production, culture and tourism. Ningxia has grown into a major winemaking region in China.
'Chinafest' in Germany
The "Chinafest" in North Rhine-Westphalia was held on Sept 9 to 11 in Duisburg, Germany. In the city center, traditional Chinese culture, music, art, sports, workshops and culinary delights drew visitors to the stage and inside tents during the festival. As an important platform for Sino-German cultural exchanges, the "Chinafest" in NRW alternates between the three cities of Duisburg, Dusseldorf and Cologne.
