Located next to the scenic Taihu Lake, Wuxi, in Jiangsu province, has for long seen a booming economy and amazing cultural landscape.

Breeze from Taihu, an exhibition to mark the 40th anniversary of the city's calligraphers association, is being held at the gallery of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles in Beijing until Friday.

The exhibition shows 100 works reviewing the development of calligraphy and seal art in Wuxi, as well as papers and documents which reflect local scholars' decades of research on historic calligraphic works and rubbings.
