Giant panda triplets ring in 8th birthday

The world's only giant panda triplets celebrated their eighth birthday in Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong province, on Friday.

Mengmeng, Shuaishuai and Kuku, who live at the Chimelong Safari Park, were served birthday cakes made of bamboo leaves, apples and carrots.

Seven wildlife conservation bases have been established in Chimelong, helping conserve more than 68,000 wild animals belonging to 1,200 species over the past two decades.
