10 killed, 40 missing after cloudburst hits Hindu shrine in Indian-controlled Kashmir

SRINAGAR, Indian-controlled Kashmir - At least 10 people were killed and 40 others are feared missing Friday after a cloudburst hit near a Hindu cave shrine in Indian-controlled Kashmir, officials said.
