Dalian to facilitate tax services for foreign investors

The Dalian Tax Service, the city's taxation agency, says it will further optimize the city's business environment, with a focus on providing tax facilitation services for local and foreign enterprises.

More than 50 representatives of foreign enterprises from the United States, Korea, Britain, Japan, Germany, and Italy attended the recent foreign enterprises conference held by the Dalian Tax Service in Jinpu. Expert representatives from the Foreign Affairs Office of Dalian, the Dalian Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Dalian Municipal Bureau of Business Environment Construction, and the Municipal Association of Foreign Enterprises also attended the conference.

At the conference, tax authority officers delivered an in-depth interpretation of the tax support policies introduced by the state this year. Enterprise representatives from different industries discussed tax-related issues with tax experts including preferential tax policies, online tax facilitation measures, and deepening value-added tax reform.

The conference was a good chance for enterprises to better understand current tax support policies and to learn more about various facilitation service measures offered by the Dalian Tax Service. It created a more convenient, market-oriented and internationalized business environment, further boosting the confidence of foreign investors.
