Dragon boat race kicks off in Dalian

The 2022 Moutai Prince Cup Dragon Boat Festival Dalian Challenge kicked off on Friday in Dalian, Liaoning province, attracting 12 teams and 216 competitors to row in the race.

Most of the participants are amateurs; some of them are medical workers who have been working for epidemic prevention and control, some are local representatives from enterprises and public institutions that assist Guizhou province, and some are from public welfare organizations and commerce associations in Dalian.

This competition is hosted by the Dalian Dragon Boat Sports Association under the direction of Dalian's Bureau of Sports, the Sports Federation of Dalian, and the Culture and Tourism Bureau of Shahekou District.
