Anyone at the highest risk of having caught monkeypox should isolate for three weeks, official guidance in the United Kingdom says. So far, the UK has confirmed 20 cases, with more than 100 cases identified globally. The European Union's infectious disease agency is to recommend that member states prepare strategies for possible vaccination programs to stop rising monkeypox case numbers.
