GNTB using livestreams to promote tourism

The German National Tourist Board recently held a news conference in Beijing using digital technology for the first time to provide an on-site audience with an immersive experience of Germany's scenery and culture. The conference was livestreamed on GNTB's official Sina Weibo account.

Although outbound travel from China has been suspended since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, GNTB has been striving to promote Germany's destinations via colorful activities in China, including various livestreams.
