Expert affirms dynamic zero policy in Shanghai

Aiming to clear up misconceptions about dynamic zero, a COVID-19 prevention and control policy Shanghai is sticking to amid the city's latest outbreak, an expert reiterated the policy is not equivalent to zero new infections.
Liang Wannian, head of the National Health Commission's COVID-19 task force who was sent to Shanghai, also stressed the necessity of the policy for the city during an interview on Sunday.
