Volunteer delivery effort touches hearts

Sky Tsui has been praised by many residents and netizens after publishing a video online telling his story of volunteerism at a time when COVID-19 restrictions have been implemented in his community in the Songshan Lake area of Dongguan, Guangdong province.

Tsui, the director of a design company who moved to Guangdong from Taiwan, wears protective clothing and provides door-to-door food delivery services every day in the wake of the outbreak in his community.

He and other volunteers ask residents in advance what they need so the delivery service is precisely targeted.
