Expo promotes life/health integration

The 2022 Beijing International Life and Health Industry Cross-border Expo will be held in May to promote international integration and development of the life and health industry.

With the theme "a community of life and health, together for a shared future", the three-day expo to be held from May 16 to 18 was sponsored by the China Chamber of International Commerce, the Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies and the Chinese Research Hospital Association.

It will serve as an international platform to connect the supply and demand sides, attracting experts from renowned hospitals and global healthcare heavyweights such as Mindray, Sinovac and Sinopharm. The organizing committee also invited United Nations agencies, including WHO, UNDP, and UNICEF, and representatives of national healthcare authorities.

As a stage conducive to cross-border communication and cooperation, the expo is expected to form a global union between the life and health industry, enhance the connectivity of the sector and push China’s healthcare innovations to global markets.
