9 am: Top legislator Li Zhanshu delivers the annual work report of the NPC Standing Committee at a plenary meeting of the NPC at the Great Hall of the People. Top judge Zhou Qiang and Procurator-General Zhang Jun will also make the work reports of the top court and the top procuratorate. CPPCC National Committee members are invited to attend the meeting.

3 pm: National legislators and political advisers hold group discussions on the above-mentioned work reports.
