Residents say HK 'Vaccine Pass' reassuring

The same goes for a 38-year-old salesman surnamed Lau,who said it is personally reassuring to scan before entering shopping malls and wet markets, given the severe pandemic situation.
A retired senior couple surnamed Lee, who are in their 60s, had to ask their children to help them save their vaccination records on their apps before the vaccine pass requirement came into effect.
They said that after that was done, the vaccine pass has been easy to use in wet markets as the scanning procedure is the same as before.
The couple said it is good to see the central government lend a helping hand to Hong Kong, when the city is unable to finish this task alone, to build the makeshift hospitals in the city.
The SAR government could also seek the central government's help in a full lockdown of the city to go with the mass testing planned in March, they said.
