HK unveils huge budget to fight COVID-19

Hong Kong Finance Secretary Paul Chan Mo-po pledged to pour HK$54 billion into fighting the COVID-19 and announced a slew of relief measures as he unveiled the 2022-23 Budget on Wednesday amid the surging fifth wave of the pandemic.
