For thousands of years, Chinese people have admired the tiger for its bravery and dignity.

Elements of the tiger can be found everywhere in the details of Chinese people's daily lives, in clothing, food, housing and transportation, conveying people's yearning for a better life.

As next year on the Chinese lunar calendar will be the Year of the Tiger, people can visit various museums in Shanxi province to appreciate precious cultural relics related to the animal.
