Conference on fictitious economy, Cheng Siwei award ceremony held
Tang Min, counselor of the State Council and vice-president of Youcheng Foundation, delivered a speech on "Fictitious economy under big data: how to invest and finance small and micro enterprises".
Professor Wang Shouyang, director of the Center for Forecasting Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences and academician of the Academy of Sciences of Developing Countries, presented a report on bitcoin and China's carbon emissions. The study constructs the carbon emission model of bitcoin in China measurement model proposes that in the future, guiding the rational layout of bitcoin mining pools and the transformation of industrial energy consumption structure will have better emission reduction effect at the policy level.
The National Conference on Fictitious Economy is held every two years. Eleven sessions have been successfully held since 2000. The conference aims to create a platform for achievement display and academic exchange for the frontier theoretical research of China's fictitious economy, so as to further promote the theoretical innovation of fictitious economy research, and make suggestions for national and local governments at all levels.
The original intention of Cheng Siwei fund and the establishment of Cheng Siwei Global Award, which aims to support the theoretical research and policy promotion of economic management innovation such as education and scientific research, venture capital, fictitious economy and virtual business. Once every two years, the prize will be 800,000 yuan ($125,566), and one international and one domestic excellent achievement will be selected.
