Guideline targets violent smugglers
Smuggling suspects who violently resist law enforcement in the seas off Guangdong province and Hong Kong and Macao will be severely punished, said a guideline jointly issued on Thursday by five judicial and public security organs, including the Supreme People's Court and the Ministry of Public Security.
