Putin proposes canceling all restrictions on Russian, US diplomatic missions

MOSCOW - Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed lifting all the accumulated restrictions on the functioning of Russian and US diplomatic missions, during an online meeting with his US counterpart Joe Biden on Tuesday, the Kremlin said.
