The US should stop politicizing sports and disrupting the Beijing Winter Olympics, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said on Tuesday.

Otherwise, bilateral dialogue and cooperation in a series of important areas and on international regional issues will be undermined by Washington's actions, Zhao added.
