China, ASEAN establish comprehensive strategic partnership

China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations decided to establish comprehensive strategic partnership on Monday, a new milestone in the relations between the two sides.

President Xi Jinping made the announcement at a virtual summit commemorating the 30th anniversary of their dialogue relations.
