Tangjiahe National Nature Reserve, located in Qingchuan county, Guangyuan, Southwest China's Sichuan province, has entered the best season to enjoy its spectacular red leaves, with the viewing index reaching level III and the leaf reddening rate hitting more than 60 percent.

The area preserves forestry and wild animals, especially giant pandas. Every year from late October to late November, forests in this area will light up with shades of fascinating red, orange and yellow.

Red leaves and snow-capped mountains form a picturesque view of late autumn. The sunset glow shares a scenic hue with the vast earth, and the clouds and mist surge along with the wind. Quiet streams gird the mountains, giving a gorgeous and pleasant ambience to prospective tourists. Everything in Tangjiahe is ready for people to feel the breath of autumn.

Tangjiahe, as one of few low-altitude areas on the planet with a high encounter rate of wild animals, is home to various wild animals wandering in valleys and hills.

An infrared camera captured 17 kinds of rare wild animals in the reserve from March to September this year. As temperatures lower, more animals will migrate from mountains to the warmer valleys, making it more likely that tourists will see them.

It is good to appreciate the charms of Tangjiahe in this season. The wild animals and plants here will offer its visitors a place to fall in love with during this time.
