Peppers help spice up Guizhou's economy

In recent years, Guizhou's pepper industry saw robust growth as the local government has stepped up efforts to promote the development of characteristic agricultural industries and quickened the pace to push forward the rural industrial revolution.

Guizhou province, which is building the only pod pepper industrial cluster in China, has become the No 1 province for pepper products in the country, which have been shipped to the Pearl River Delta , the Yangtze River Delta, as well as 108 countries and regions abroad.
