Forward or Forward, an exhibition running now at the Name of Rose gallery, brings together sculptures and installations by five leading figures in Chinese contemporary art. It is part of this year's 798 Art Festival, held at 798 Art Zone.

It examines how artists today reflect and draw on history, cultural traditions, folk customs and experiences in their works, and reflects on how they rearrange elements from the past to address people's current feelings and concerns, through which artists invite audiences to envision a new logic for the future.
