US officials defend deportation of migrants from Texas town

Since Sept 17, US immigration authorities have been out in force to deal with migrants gathered in Del Rio, Texas, a small town on the US-Mexico border. Officials say more than 6,000 migrants have been removed or sent back to their home countries.
