China Media Group Tianjin Bureau launched in Tianjin

On July 23, the China Media Group Tianjin Bureau was launched in Tianjin under the strategic cooperation framework agreement reached by China Media Group (CMG) and the Tianjin municipal government.

“CMG will deeply explore Tianjin’s unique resources in history, culture and the smart technology industry.” said Shen Haixiong, president and editor-in-chief of the China Media Group. It will also play an active role in promoting the municipality's high-quality development and the construction of a modern socialist metropolis, as well as broader coordinated developments with Beijing and Hebei province.

Multi-level and all-round cooperation will be reached in the World Intelligence Congress, big data application, culture industry and fitness, he added.

Liao Guoxun, mayor of Tianjin, said that there is a huge space and broad prospects for strategic cooperation between CMG and Tianjin. He expressed his hopes that CMG can plan and implement more fruitful projects, and create new ground in comprehensive and strategic cooperation with Tianjin.
