Tianjin’s Baodi district: Optimizing business environment promotes economic development

Tianjin's Baodi district will vigorously develop a new generation of information technology, biomedicine, new energy & materials and equipment manufacturing industries during the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25).

The plan aligns with Tianjin's assignment to make the manufacturing industry a pillar to support the citywide high-quality development over the next five year period.

The district has issued a series of policies to ensure benefits for enterprises and continues to deepen reforms to optimize the governmental environment. 96 percent of applications can now be done via the online platform.

The business environment of Baodi continues to improve. In the city's 2020 business environment evaluation, 33 indicators including business environment satisfaction and the implementation of policies are among the best in the city.

Measures to promote innovation have been rolled out with key projects going smoothly and to schedule.

In addition, it continues to increase investment in infrastructure construction, as well as people's livelihoods and welfare.

More than 5580 hectares of Chaobai River National Wetland Park have been built.
