Chaitin launches new network security platform

Chaitin Future Technology Co Ltd, a network security solution provider under Aliyun, launched a new generation network security analysis and management platform in an effort to combat network risks in the new era.
The platform, namely Cosmos, takes full account of the actual business situation of enterprises, helps enterprises realize unified data analysis, key data processing and safe operation standardization and automation. At the same time, it innovatively combines users and the platform to process risks from a more macro perspective, analyze risks, deal with risks, and achieve closed-loop disposal of risks, which is more intuitive, safe, and convenient.
"Currently, cyber attacks continue to emerge, and technologies based on past rules are no longer able to shield the constantly developing attacks. This is why we have been sticking to intelligent innovation. Together with our practical past experience, we are bringing high-quality products and services to consumers," Zhu Wenlei, co-founder and CEO of Chaitin, said.
"In the future, combat between cyber attacks and protection will be fiercer. Not to advance is to drop back. We will continue to improve our network security products and service capability to boost the country's network security development," he said.
Meanwhile, Chaitin issued a report on the development of network protection between 2016 and 2021. According to the report, in recent years, the global cybersecurity threat situation has changed in many ways, and new attack methods have become more complex and concealed. The severity of security risks has brought thinking about the transformation of security management concepts. Enterprise security construction has begun to develop into an active and effective all-round systematic protection model.
Threat perception has become the focus of security defense. Improving situational awareness can quickly and effectively identify and deal with security threats, achieve comprehensive and accurate presentation of a network security situation, and improve the level of enterprise security protection, the report said.
On Monday, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued an exposure draft on the high-quality development of China's network security industry between 2021 and 2023. According to the exposure draft, by 2023, China's network security industry will surpass 250 billion yuan ($38.7 billion), with a compound annual growth rate of over 15 percent.
With opportunities brought by the development of 5G, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, network security technologies will become more diversified, raising new requirements for related product innovation, the exposure draft said.
Xiao Li, director of the Safety Affairs Department at Aliyun, said in the future, Aliyun and Chaitin will make further cooperation in areas such as public cloud and private cloud, to offer more automated, intelligent network security solutions to enterprises.
