NYC Office of Nightlife proposes 24-hour entertainment districts

New York City's Office of Nightlife is recommending using underutilized spaces to create 24-hour entertainment districts in the city for cultural programming of all sorts. The Office of Nightlife said that it will work with the Department of City Planning to identify areas where limited 24-hour programs could be tested.
