With regard to trade frictions between China and Europe and the US, Alberto Anaya, president of the Labor Party of Mexico, said that China should be seen as a partner rather than an enemy. He also believes that dialogue, respect, collaboration and mutual learning are the cornerstones of the relations between world's political parties.
