China's migrating elephant herd travels southwards

KUNMING - China's herd of 14 wandering wild Asian elephants has traveled southwards, re-entering Eshan county, in Southwest China's Yunnan province, authorities said on Tuesday.

The herd headed 11.2 km south between 6 pm on Monday and the same time on Tuesday.
