Online credit platform set to provide better service

An online financial service platform, which aims to provide convenient online loan services for small and medium-sized enterprises, was officially announced on May 6 by Yanta district in Xi’an, Shaanxi province, Northwest China.

As the province's first credit and financial service platform with a "digital green card + government quick loan" model, small and medium-sized enterprises can quickly obtain loans from this platform with the click of the mouse and the inputting of some basic information, according to Ding Yaling, director of Yanta District Administration Approval Service Bureau.
Ding said that based on the comprehensive credit rating evaluations of enterprises made by Shaanxi Credit Office, and through third-party credit agencies, the platform uses an intelligent evaluation model to make complete and multi-faceted portraits of enterprises. It then forms a set of green card quantitative evaluation indicators with local characteristics, establishes "whole life cycle" rating credit files for enterprises, and generates a "digital green card".
With this "digital green card", enterprises can enjoy preferential policies, financing and services, Ding said.
Through a system that operates both online and offline, the platform maximizes "process optimization, time limit reduction, cost reduction and energy efficiency improvement", the director said.
Ding added that since the trial operation, the platform has helped facilitate 13 financial institutions, two guarantee companies, and 481 registered enterprises, and it has released 97 financing demands totaling 257 million yuan, with 76 transactions and 129 million yuan of turnover.
Li Lihong, head of a pharmaceutical retail chain in Yanta district, said that, during the platform’s trial operation, Yanta district provided her enterprises with highly efficient services that she is very satisfied with.
