President Xi on the development of Hainan

President Xi Jinping announced the decision to build South China's Hainan into a pilot free trade zone and a free trade port, at a grand gathering in the provincial capital of Haikou on April 13, 2018 to mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the province and the Hainan Special Economic Zone.
