Inmates break windows, set fires at St. Louis jail

For the second time this year, inmates rioted at a jail in the St. Louis Justice Center on Sunday night. The riot broke out around 8:30 pm. Police said at least 60 inmates left their cells and broke windows, set fires and hurled objects to the ground from third-floor windows.
