Moutai confident of 10.5% sales increase
Leading liquor brand Kweichow Moutai said on Wednesday that it is eyeing a 10.5 percent growth in full-year revenue this year. Revenue rose by 11.1 percent on a yearly basis to over 94.9 billion yuan ($14.45 billion) in 2020, with net profit increasing by 13.33 percent on a yearly basis to nearly 46.7 billion yuan, the company said in its filing to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Wuhan starts new air cargo route to India
A cargo plane loaded with 20 tons of electronic and consumer goods departed from Wuhan in Central China on Tuesday for New Delhi, India, marking the launch of the 11th regular international cargo route for the Chinese city. The route is operated by India's SpiceJet, with three weekly Boeing 737 flights.
