OnePlus' latest smartphones feature premium camera

Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus unveiled its latest smartphone OnePlus 9 series on Wednesday, after it announced a partnership with the Swedish professional camera maker Hasselblad.
Priced from 3,799 yuan ($583) in China, the OnePlus 9 series is arguably Oppo's biggest push to refine its photo-taking features to expand its presence in the high-end market amid intensified competition.
Liu Zuohu, CEO and founder of OnePlus, said the company will invest 1 billion yuan over the next three years to continuously seek breakthroughs in color, filming rate, and professional experience to create the ultimate mobile imaging experience.
Such commitment is already reflected in the latest OnePlus 9 series, which are powered by cameras that Hasselblad helped develop and the OnePlus 9 Pro has the best version.
OnePlus said there is a dedicated Hasselblad Pro Mode in its camera app that will help consumers fine-tune their photos for a natural look and feel.
The company also said it will ramp up efforts to expand its presence in the offline retail channels, with more than 1,000 employees working in this respect.
