Live broadcast studio to facilitate talent introduction and services

A "live broadcast studio for talent" was set up at the 2020 Xi'an Talent Summit Forum on Dec 16 in the Newspace city brand creation base, Xi'an Innovation and Design Center in Xi’an, Shaanxi province, Northwest China.

Wang Xiaorui, director of the Science and Technology Bureau of Xi'an's Beilin District, Lin Yuan, director of Beilin Innovation Industry Belt Around Universities management committee, Chai Hua, director of the Enterprise Development Promotion Center of Beilin District, and Shang Zhi, deputy director of Beilin District Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, each acted as an "anchor". They outlined the remarkable achievements of Beilin District's talent strategy in recent years, a strategy of interpreting policies, explaining services, and striving to formulate and implement good policies and services.

Wang Xiaorui said that Beilin District has accelerated the construction of a regional innovation system, cultivated 305 national high-tech enterprises and 147 urban science and tech giant enterprises, and signed technology market contracts with a transaction value of 14 billion yuan. Wang added that it's been given the title of "Xi'an Science and technology achievement transformation demonstration base".

According to Lin Yuan, the Beilin district Party committee and government took the lead in launching the "Longteng Plan" for mass entrepreneurship and innovation in the city in 2017, and at least 10 million yuan of district level science and technology funds have been allocated each year for the real-world application of scientific research and talent entrepreneurship.

The live broadcast studio for talent is an innovative measure created by Beilin District to update its service concept, change its service model, and explore both the deep integration of media and entrepreneurship and innovation, and also mutual empowerment, in order to further promote the high quality development of the regional economy and of society.
