Calligraphic masterpiece duplicated in thread

Li Shaoyu, inheritor of Pengshui Miao embroidery, an intangible cultural heritage from Chongqing municipality, spent more than two years consumed more than 10,000 meters of embroidery thread to duplicate a Chinese calligraphy masterpiece, Dizhuming, on 9-meters of embroidery cloth. "There are over 600 characters, about 120 seals and one portrait in this piece," she said.

She used more than 10,000 meters of thread for the project; each character consumed more than 10 meters.
