Show celebrates major figures of car industry

BEIJING-A sculpture exhibition displaying international figures from the automotive world has opened in Beijing.
The exhibition consists of 20 figures who played an important role in the development of the automobile over the last century.
Founder of the Ford Motor Company Henry Ford and Formula 1 champion Michael Schumacher are included among them.
Entry to the exhibition, which opened on Saturday at the Beijing Auto Museum, is free. The figures will become part of the museum's collection.
Yang Rui, curator of the museum, says the exhibition highlights the bridge between automotive history and modern culture.
