Third CIIE receives finishing touches

The 3rd China International Import and Export Exhibition will begin in Shanghai on Thursday. The six-day event is expected to receive 400,000 professional visitors.

This year, the exhibition area has been expanded by nearly 30,000 square meters from last year. The average exhibition area for the world's top 500 companies and industry leaders has increased by 14 percent year-on-year, and nearly 50 Fortune 500 and industry-leading companies are participating for the first time. The expo will host the international debuts of hundreds of new products, technologies and services.
