China to allow foreigners with valid residence permits to enter

China will allow the entry of foreign nationals holding valid Chinese residence permits for work, personal matters and reunion from Monday with no need to apply for new visas in the latest adjustments announced by the Foreign Ministry and the National Immigration Administration on Wednesday.
