Two fugitives returned to China from Spain

Two fugitives on Interpol's Red Notice list were returned to China from Spain on Sunday with the assistance of the Chinese embassy in Spain and the Spanish police. One of the fugitives, surnamed Qiu, is suspected of embezzlement. The Ministry of Public Security said in a statement issued on Monday that Qiu took advantage of his position and worked with others to change the beneficiary of a client's insurance policy.
