Rescue workers evacuate stranded residents with help from a front loader truck in Duchang county, Jiujiang, East China's Jiangxi province, as water submerged the region due to heavy rainfall, on July 8, 2020. The flood has affected about 308,000 people in the city, with 18,544 people relocated, according to local reports. A total of 25,220 emergency rescue and relief workers are assisting residents.
