China, ROK put Samsung back to work

Newly arrived Samsung employees are from three units of the company — Samsung Display, Samsung Battery and Samsung Electro-Mechanics.

Dongwon Lee, general manager of Samsung Display Tianjin Co, said the company created an investment expansion plan late last year, and this year's production is crucial to its global production.

"The arrival of the technology professionals is key to upgrading and equipment testing for the project," he said.
