Youngest COVID-19 patient discharged

The youngest novel coronavirus patient in central China's Henan province - just five days old at the onset of symptoms - recovered and was discharged from the hospital on Friday after a month of treatment.
The infant tested positive for the novel coronavirus and was sent to the hospital with severe respiratory conditions.
"The hospital assembled a special team that provided multidisciplinary treatment every day," said Cheng Yibing, vice-director of Henan Children's Hospital.
"We also paid great attention to the baby's nursing and feeding. So far, the CT shows the lungs are in good condition and negative for the coronavirus. His weight has increased and can drink 65 milliliters of milk at a time, which meets the standard for discharge."
During its monthlong fight against the virus, the medical personnel in the hospital acted as surrogate parents and took good care of the infant day and night.
