Restaurants resume work to guarantee food supply

Restaurants have resumed operations to guarantee the food supply of the nation's workers, as the country continues to fight against the novel coronavirus.
A time-honored restaurant has started to provide safe takeaways for surrounding companies and institutions at Yuyuan Garden in Shanghai since Feb 12.
With qualified virus prevention and control measures, about 12 rice noodle shops have resumed operations at the Tianxin district of Changsha in Central China's Hunan province as of Feb 17.
Customers need to register details and have body temperature measured before entering, where they eat at separate tables.
In some noodle shops, customers prefer to take food away in Lanzhou, Northwest China's Gansu province.
With cautious virus prevention and control measures, many restaurants resuming work can boost the recovery of China's food industry and provide support to other industries.
