The tumor center of the Union Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan has been adapted to an 850-bed ward for the treatment of novel coronavirus patients in severe condition. On Thursday afternoon, the newly modified ward admitted its first batch of patients.
